Downward Dog
Adho Mukha Shavanasana or Downward Dog pose is an asana in modern Yoga. It has been called "deservedly one of Yoga's most widely recognized poses" and the "quintessential Yoga pose". As such it is often the asana of choice when Yoga is depicted in literature or pop culture. For us, it also represents bowing down and humility.
